How do you use your ghost hunting equipment?
replied on: 3/17/2006 3:32:10 AM Incidentally, I ask this of every investigator I come across who uses this equipment. When you take EMF, atmospheric readings and such, do you log it? Most investigators I come across just use that equipment for detection and nothing else. I think that is such a waste of this equipment and you are really not getting your moneys worth. Even if you have no use for the information at that time, you may need it in the future. I see people getting tri-field meters and not using all the features. If you just want a detector, get a 30$ cell sensor and be done with it. But most investigators are spending between 100 and 300 dollars on tri-field meters, mobile weather stations, IR temp gauges (which don't read ambient air temperature, instead they read surface temperatures), air ion counters (worthless for ghost hunting), sound meters, light meters and aren’t using them like they should. |
