shaybeck Quote | Reply | | The Car accident posted on: 3/21/2006 1:51:10 AM Hey yesterday I witnessed a car accident...Was the wildest thing I've ever seen....double lane and the car in front of me tried to pass the the car in front of it...nipped the back left bumper and Wow!!! that car just went nuts!!! The car that caused the accident just took off...I pulled over because by law I have too...I got my latex gloves out of the glove compartment and my mouth piece... Always keep them with me in the car just in case....never know when you have to deal with someone elses blood and that's not a good thing....The lady that was driving the car was a mess...she wasn't breathing so I had to do CPR after mouth to mouth it was bad...then when the EMS got there I realized there was a baby in the back in a car seat...didn't even know the baby was there until it started to scream when they took the car seat out...Anyway I found out last night that they are both fine....ended up at the hospital I work at ...the lady somehow found out that I worked there and asked for me....She thanked me for saving her life...All in all it was pretty cool but I just hope they get the SOB that took off...Can you imagine doing that? I can't??? Although it is a sick world out there so....just hope that if it happens to you that you get lucky if someone helps you...otherwise it's lights out.... |

Often there are death omen spirits, like in the Celtic legends they talk about the washer at the ford. Sometimes an old hag in rags would be seen washing her clothes at a river crossing and it was said that anyone who witnessed her activities would soon perish. If I were you I would research the area's history. In particular find out what religious groups used to live in that area and what kind of plagues ocurred there. Your figure sounds like a Jesuit Priest and they caused small pox epidemics in the native populations. In Canada the word spread through the different nations that the black robes brought death spirits with them, so when people inland saw them coming they often tried to kill the priests and run them off. Influenza swept through the U.S. at one time, killing a lot of people. Your hooded figure might have presided at a lot of burials and even succumbed to the virus. Anyways, it's something to think about. |

About the morgue...well I'm not in the morgue on a regular basis but preparing the body after death...yeah that can be a little wierd but again I've been trained so it doesn't really bother me...my favorite phrase is "Never fear the dead, fear the living their more dangerous"..Besides it's just a body..that person is no longer there... |

replied on: 3/22/2006 8:33:43 AM Yes she was chaos...She called me her guardian angel and I had to giggle at that...imagine..me..an....angel LOL pretty far from it....LOL Told my girlfriend I wouldn't walk into a church I would probably be struck by lightning...LOL I'm just glad to help that's all. |
