more about my house

hi - so anyway - the marijuana smell wasn't the first thing that happened but it was definatley the most amazing. one day i was in the diningroom and i could smell something that reminded me of some kind of pepper or strong spice. i ignored it. then the next day my husband mentioned it. we sniffed around for a few minutes. we didn't keep food in there, just furniture. so after a bit i said - you know what that is? it's pot!! he agreed and we proceeded to tear the place apart looking for this elusive bag of pot. i run a home daycare, and we have 2 kids. no one has any pot in my house - and we had lived here for over a year when this happened. we started getting used to it - and it would sometimes disappear right as you walked "into" it - and then reappear on the other side of the room. once in awhile it ventured to other parts of the house, but mostly stayed in the diningroom. some days it would be so strong i would sneeze - and other times jsut faint. one night it was really strong - almost the whole downstairs smelled of it and into the kitchen. i was having family over for dinner the next day (they all knew about the ghost/s AND the smell, so it didn't matter) but i made a comment about how funny it was going to be to have visitors. 6 weeks had gone by and so far the smell had never turned up when friends or family came over. that morning we woke up and it was gone. it hasn't returned in over a year. but lots of other things have happened...to be continued.
