the lights dont work

we have always had a ghost in our house but some things are so weird like the fact that the lights dont work in one room of the house they just stoped working suddenly and it can imatate voices of everyone around hear and a stange little kid voice and my brother says he saw something that looked liked a glowing green dog when he was younger and stuff tends to diapear and reapear it is all weird but i am not that concirned were moving in a wwek or two but i want 2 know what this thing is
