very scared.. please help

ok so last night i woke up in the middle of the night out of nowhere.. and it looked as if there was a fire on the other side of my door.. a sillouhette came in my room to the left of the bed and said "dont fucking move or ill kill you" i basically just froze and was so scared couldnt even think.. i dont really remember what happened after that.. please someone help or explain to me what happened or what i saw
