Help me........

I think I am being followed by some kind of entity. Well, to start I have almost died and have delved in tarot and Ouija only once or twice when I was young. My first encounter with this thing I guess was when I was 8, I would hear a disturbing nonhuman sound from my closet. Its hard to explain what it sounds like, I guess I would say like a fast purring. It didn't stay there it would follow me to school and the stable. It starts to get worse. when I was 13 I took a shower and when I got out on the mirror there was 'Fuck You' written backwards. I know no one was there, I was alone and only my mother and her boyfriend lived there, there were no other siblings so I don't think it was a joke. Then at 16 I was babysitting and the boy walked up to the wall and tried to offer candy to nothing. I asked him what he was doing and he left to the kitchen where he started to talk to something. We took a nap and when I woke up I couldn't move. My eyes were open and I couldn't freakin move like I was paralyzed. I prayed, thats all I could do. Then I closed and reopened my eyes and I jumped up. I think they call this Devil's Grip, when a spirit tries to take you. Later I found out that an old man fell down the steps, broke his neck then shortly after had died. PARALYZED. My next story is strange........One night I had a dream where my guitar string had broken and I ran to my dad and he sat up and said it was Orville, Orville did it. Then I woke up at that moment and starred at the ceiling for like 30 seconds and all of a sudden I heard 'Ping' and it happened to be the same string in my dream as it was right there in reality in front of my face. Later I found out that Orville was actually his last name and he lived in that house. He shot his wife then committed suicide. There was a piece of a gun found in the old well that was converted to a pipe, I'm not sure if that is the gun or not. Now I live in a new house and hear foot steps and a strange harmonica sound now and again. I was recording the attic and saw an apparition on the tape followed by a voice distortion which we later found out said 'fuck you'. Anyone who can help me please let me know how to stop this or give me advise on how to lighten the load.
