I'm getting really tired of this!!!!

The only time I am sleep deprived is when I have an episode because it is really hard to go back to sleep when it happens...Also I'm not the kind of person to just lay around and sleep all the time.. I have 3 teenage daughters, a job and a house to keep up with so that keeps me pretty busy..
