The old hag attack is referring to Awareness sleep paralysis and it's not proven that you are in REM. Trust me on this one. Also they claim that it's not a demon but a hypnogogic/hynopompic hallucination. Not sure I believe it. I had "ASP" last night and i have to disagree. As far as succubus and incubus, I've had Awareness sleep paralysis for a long time and have never had this happen. Doesn't mean it doesn't to some people, just not to me in particular.

Demons are evil though no doubt about it and I agree with Adroit on this one.....
