You have problems with Fatigue Shay?

Also have you been getting enough sleep? sometimes lack of sleep can cause SP.

Or even to much sleep. There also Narcolaspy (Spelling) which can cause SP. Specially if your experiencing it during the day.

Problem with eplispy test they can't always detect you have it unless your having symptoms during the test. Eplispy sometimes does leave scar's showing you did have something happen but this is very rare.

This one reason they do sleep deprived test to try to get you to have some of symptoms.

You can't sleep for 24 hours before the test and during your allowed to sleep but there hoping this will cause some kind of misfire in you brain. Unless misfire is happening eplispy is very unlikely to be seen.

Eplispy can cause what your saying also the bruises your complaining about.

Not saying what your experiencing isn't something paranormal.
