XD; I don't interact here much because it's mostly for y'all, but I want your opinions. What did you think of Chapter 32, 'Strike'? I know, it took long enough, but was it worth the wait? Do you have a favorite part? (Short of Mischa's 'kiss-rant', which is going to be put in the hall of fame with Lexi's pink-rant. XD) Anything you didn't like? General opinion? Oddly enough, I was disappointed that the horsemen and co. didn't get injured more... ^^; But wow, that was seriously worth the wait! You did an awesome job, Xan. I loved it. What part of the chapter was most difficult to write, if I may ask? |

XD But yeah, it was all pretty difficult, but ending it was the worst. I wanted to keep going, but it literally felt dead from there on, so I thought I'd quit with a bang and start new with Addy-kun. ^^ |

I have absolutely no idea where to start...I loved the action by the way. Teehee I love gore.(I mean come on I laughed when the guy fell off the beuilding in 'The Grudge'. Mostly cause of the funny way he landed >>; ) My favorite part besides the kissy rant(evil), was probally where MIscha told Adrian to try and use the Hellfire... *Shrugs*I loved seeing Mischa's reaction as Addy went about trying to grill those she-demons. Demon burgers anyone? |

(..bad pun? o_o Erm. *reverts back to fangirlism*) Kyaa~ 32 is up for contention as my new fav chap (tho' 26 is still right up there XD) - great work, Xan! X3 Shoo~ot... what an awesome ride. ^-^ Admittedly tho', had to psych myself up to read it (lol - i have to do that for every chapter XD <-reads so damned slowly getting through one takes.. a while) but that wasn't hard. Certainly, the end of 31 was one massive hook. And your chapters are all the better for being longer. XD Um- favourite part? ^^ Ah, I really loved seeing more of the trust and interaction between Nobunaga and Valerian - the lightning and when the sensei gets hit. Awesome. Also seeing all their talents individually was fantastic~ ^^ As well as Adrian's tenacity, heh. X3 "Once more, from the top! ...now I'm thoroughly pissed off." <lol> But the line that stuck in my head the most was definitely "See, this is why you TIP your busboy...never know what he might be hiding!" XD That, and "Just don't die, child." "You either, blind-guy." |

replied on: 11/15/2004 2:32:27 PM It's always an extremely good sign when I don't even have to glance back at the last chapter to follow along, especially after four months! ^^ Chapter 31 definitely stuck in my head, so I was able to jump right into 32. And I agree with you, bucket, the emotional interaction was absolutely...spiffy. ^^; |

replied on: 11/16/2004 8:26:10 PM Ah~... It just kicked ass. And I don't even LIKE melee! But I liked this. Xan, you can definitely tell you put a lot of time and sleepless nights into it. I can even see where the diagrams came in handy. It's very well done. ^_^ Favorite part? The Ikusa/Valerian lightning bit, the tip the busboy quote, and this one: "Finish up, we're almost done here. Then you can go home and cuddle up with ya boy, eh?" It was a nice touch. ^^ The end was so evil, though. Oh, the things I called you, Xandra...hahaha....it's all outta love. ~_^ |

replied on: 11/24/2004 1:53:34 PM Did I already give my excuse for not reviewing until more than a week after you posted it? Computers are evil things. Ah, but it just so happens, I have the copy I printed out... *searches, gasps, runs to bedroom, and runs out again w/ copy* ...right here! Okay... I like Damian's mockery of what Sethan (or Lucian?) said, about choosing the wrong side. That was cute. And...^_^ How Adrian was having fun with the sword. And Damian's "chic demons." Yeah. And a lot of little stuff besides that was cute/hilarious. But my favorite part was when Mischa convinced Adrian to use the Hellfire. The only things that bothered me: when Valerian "Turned his eyes" toward Nobunaga. Blind people can't really do that ^_^;; And you describe Julian's voice as being "horrible" but don't really comment on the sound... so I couldn't really imagine it. That helpful? ^_^ I like being helpful. I just hope you don't mind that I went and critiqued all over the paper. I was bored, so I thought, hey, I'll just workshop Xan's piece for her, completely forgetting that she'll never be able to see it! T_T Then I cried. |
