I've found some more words to describe you and DI & i tried to put them in alphabetical order, but i'm so out of it from reading the chapter that i dont know if i can. Without further ado... Amazing Astonishing Astounding Awe-inspiring Breath-taking Brilliant Cerebral Emotional Exceptional Genius Incredible Inconceivable Magnificent Mind-blowing Miraculous Moving Outstanding Overwhelming Prodigious Sensational Spine-tingling Stunning Stupefying Unimaginable Unforgettable Unparalleled! I mean every word & so many more that I could never hope to think of. I can't imagine what else you must be hearing from your other faithful readers. Are they as psychotic as me? It's not even the end of the story. lmao. I did, however, read what that poor excuse for a fan "CWNERD12" or whatever their name is said... to think that someone had the gall to not only say "too much shounen-ai" but to go on saying that it would keep your story from being successsful is ridiculous. If a story is truly great, it surpasses what society may not agree with, & girl, your story does just that. Nobody would care that it was about guys. lol. I think I speak for at least most of your fans when I say that CW-whatever the hell their name is is a fucktard. One last thing. You are a remarkable writer and human being & it blows my mind to think about your potential. You're only in HIGH SCHOOL! I can't imagine what you could do with the rest of your life ahead of you! And I totally agree, CW_nerd_12 has some gall to review a shounen-ai story and demand that you tone down the shounen-ai. Human stupidity never ceases to amaze me. I was thinking all morning about the vision & Adrian hearing Aidan's voice begging for Sasha's life. That scene was so moving. 2. ADRIAN BECOMING AIDAN! I was like "holy crap!!!" Wow. 3. Lucian getting the hell slashed outta his face. ^_^ I was so happy that he was disfigured. lmao 4. EUROPA. AND. CAL!?!?!!! Need I really say more? 5. Nevaniel's eyes. "...Help me..." 6. Adrian naked in the bathtub. Come on! Any scene with a naked, or even half-naked hottie is gonna be a favorite. It's beyond my control, really. 7. "How was the play, Mrs. Lincoln?" I love that line. It helped break the tension from the battle before... right b4 freaking me out again with Adrian's breakdown. 8. The very last line & the chapter right above it... no words, dear Xana-chan. no words to describe that. ~ BTW, I wanna enter ur sethan-drawing contest! Why not? it should be fun to draw someone i hate so much. lol. i don't even understand why, so dont ask.

I really liked how the horsemen worked together and combined their powers, and when the blindfold came off, the humanity of the archangel was very touching. I could really feel his fear and despair. That whole scene just seriously stood out for me. ^_^ |

Hmm one of my favorite parts has to be when Adrian went all Aidan... I mean WOW! The whole Cal thing blew me away too! And i'll agree with my cousin when she says "Adrian in the bathtub" heehee lol BTW I loved the discriptioning of the archangel I loved it sooooooo much!! That was by far one of the hottest chapters since the chapter where "oral rape" occured... that was amazing... |

So, now when anyone mentions the icon, or website (I have a shirt that says the same thing as my icon with the website on the back) I tell them not to forget the 'dash.' A very important detail. |

There was both Val and Vince, and nekkid!Addy (*snerk*), and.. gawd-almighty, there was *Cal* for crying out loud! *.* Wow. Favourites - where to start? ^o^ For one- yes, Cal. I went insane when we got to 'see' him. *^^*~<3 <-fairly screamed (and mum nearly took my door down, since it was past midnight). And Ropa-chan cried! Uwahh.. And- when Nobunaga did the lightning thing by holding Valerian's hands.. gawd I love those two. XD And- when Valerian lost it (thinking of Setra..) after Sethan floored them. Rock on, blind guy. ^0^~<3 And- I was nearly in tears by the time Adrian screamed during the transformation. T-T The chaotic feeling in the buildup to that rocked socks (from "Sethan" til "And still he was burning"- very slick.. ^^b) OdangoHead put it most succinctly: "I was like "holy crap!!!" Wow." And- while on descriptions, the seventh paragraph (about Nevaniel).. top stuff. ^^;; *three thumbs up* It totally made me want to draw the creature, I could see the picture so clearly (..until i realised my lack of skill would just make an ungodly mess -.-;). And- of course, other bits. *-* Like Seraphine showing up, Lucian getting scarred, Sethan's slight shock.. and "I wasn’t sure if I had any legs." XD I love random bits like that. The way you put them in seems so natural and flips the mood perfectly. ^.~ |

I saved your chapter off-line and wrote a review and saved it in my WP, but it happens to be on my laptop and my mom is currently holding that for ransom... details unneccesary, but we got in an argument... My fave part was the whole thing, honestly, and I cried at the end! But I really have to comment on everyone's badmouthing CW-nerd-12. I know she's not entirely tactful all the time, but she's just sharing her opinion and doing what she considers helping. We are both Creative Writing majors at the same high school and she happens to be one of my best friends, so I know better than anyone that what others see as offensive she just sees as an honest observation. I have to say, also, that her comment about shounen ai was in no way a put-down, Xandra-san, she just meant that with the market the way it is now she thinks you would have a better chance of being published if you toned it down. She didn't even give it a second thought when she said it. Please remember, when you post something on fictionpress, or basically any publication, you are inviting others to tell you what they think. You're bound to recieve a comment you don't like, and you don't have to agree with it at all. I'm sorry if it sounds as though I'm making a complaint, I just don't want one of my best friends to be publicly ridiculed for sharing an opinion. If you must comment on it, e-mail her and talk to her directly. She's very good at accepting criticism. I promise I will copy and paste that review as soon as I get my laptop back. ~Chippie |
