If you've read the most recent chapter of DI, you know what's going on--I mentioned I'm starting a contest! And so, here are the details! Out of all the wonderful fanart I've gotten from all of my readers, I haven't yet gotten one of Sethan, and that's one I'd really like. So, I figured since most of us are probably still stewing in hatred for him--which leaves him in the immediate area of thought--that I’d throw this contest out there. ^^ Perfect timing, I would hope. So, here’s how it’s gonna work. How do you see the figure of evil? Basically, I want a picture of Sethan. Not just one, of course...as many as I can get. XD But I’ve made the idea into a contest. Lemme see if I can lay it out. What I want: A picture of Sethan. Color would be appreciated, but black and white is okay too. Any style of drawing, painting, doodling, computer art, sketching or even comicking is perfectly acceptable. (That last one might get less credit, though, depending on a few things.) What you get to work from: I’ll send anyone interested an email with a recap of what’s going on and the most detailed description of Sethan I can formulate. What each fanart will be graded on: *Accuracy There isn’t really a right or wrong when it comes to someone I can’t even draw, but I’ll be looking on how close it comes to my mental image of him. Don’t let this stop you, though. My image is pretty vague. XD *Colors (if any) *Creativity or Originality This refers to backgrounds, poses, situations or even the presence of other characters you might want to include in the picture. (After I send the email out, you can ask me separately for other descriptions if needed.) Remember: put your personality into it; the more creative, the better. Placings: Every fanart entered--I don’t care if it’s stickfigures XD--will be put on Sunshine & Shadows, but at least four will be chosen out of them as the first, second and third place winners, and an honorable mention. (There might be more than one, depending on how many pics are entered.) First place winner will be given the chance to appear in a personalized chibi-comic, drawn by yours truly, with the DI characters of their choice. The prizes for the second place, third place and honorable mention winners is yet to be determined. >>;;; (Suggestions are welcome.) All four fanarts will get special places on S&S. If you’re interested in participating in this, even if you’ve already told me, reply to this post with your email address and any questions, comments or ideas you might have. Even if you just want to enter for the fun of it, that’s cool. ^_^ Gimme your email, and when I have a number of people, I’ll send out descriptions and any rules I might come up with concerning the contest.
