My mind is swirling with all sorts of possibilities, most of which are extremely depressing. So I was wondering, what do you guys think might happen? What do you NOT want to see happen? |

I just hope nothing happens to any of the main cast -- especially Adrian and Mischa, considering it took 34 chapters for them to get where they are and... well, that's self-explanatory. I don't want Erus to die either, tho... No, I'll seriously have to hunt Xandra down if she kills anyone. *is one to talk, killed four people in her latest chapter alone* I'm really wondering who's POV it'll be in, though. ~Chippie |

If one chara was killed, sure, it'd be depressing, but wouldn't there still be others to ask questions to? I don't know if I'm thinking too deeply or what, but my guess--and I hope I'm horribly wrong--is that more than one person is going to get knocked off. Either way, I'm almost not looking forward to an update...>_> |

I think.. if someone was to die.. *snerk* I'm going to just go ahead and ramble about my speculations. <-has just spent two hours reading and can hardly see through the blurred eyes anymore~<3 I can see it happen to Valerian - now that Addy's kinda figured himself out, it'd fit to have him really step up to the leadership plate. ._. *tearing up* I really love Val, though. As LYK said (in her LJ), since Dames hasn't narrated a chapter yet - I could see it happening to him for the sheer angst value. XD;; (but really, i don't think xan's quite that mean ^^' *probably wishful thinking again..*). Sensei for the same. *_* But.. their case hasn't been wrapped properly, and he's totally my favourite side. ._. (apart from Cal, but he's a category of his own~<3 XD) As for the rest, it doesn't feel like their time to go yet (including europa.. though i'll admit i'm scared for him, too ._.;;). Uh.. *_* Wow. Yay for useless speculation~<3 XD |

XD;; *only hates it when characters die for no reason (even if I love them ^^' if they had to go, it was their time)* And I'm certain that won't happen with DI. He's really grown on me, but I think he's very likely to, well, you know. I'd say Europa, but there are a lot of things still hidden about him, and it would be very odd for him to die without an explanation. We'll see, though. I love them all...;-; |

replied on: 6/18/2005 10:07:35 PM True...but we don't know a lot about Nobunaga, either. We know nothing of his past, his family...anything. So it might be odd to kill him off before developing any more depth to his character, if in fact Xan intends to give us any background info on him. Or maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part. ^^; I could actually see Europa dying...perhaps to protect Julian or something. I mean, he's thrown himself into the danger in the past, heedless of his own safety, but I'm not sure if he's finished playing his role in the plot or not... Of course, we're largely ignoring background characters who have close relationships with the main cast. It might be that one (or more) of them dies, rather than our horsemen and co. (Last time I read something where a main character--and one of my favorites--died, I cried for two weeks straight. No kidding.) |

Mischa's cool, Adrian kicks ass, Damian rules, Jule's rocks, Europa's cute, Vince is hot, and Nobi's awesome! You know... all this talk has me be wondering: will DI have a happy ending? Now I'm all depressed... I'm saddened already and I haven't even began reading chapter 35 yet... >>;; ~Neutral. |

I'm convinced the Galens will come back into it later, and I'm not sure how that'd happen without Europa (since he's kinda like glue.. in the best sense possible). Then again.. they'd all come together for revenge, but.. (I don't think this is what that's all about-?) *ceases making sense XD;;* Um, yeah. ._.;; Like I said, I'm worried about Vince.. >_> Because Addy's growin' up and all.. Muu.. T_T *doesn't want to see any of them go, though* ._. They all still have roles to play. XD |

I mean, Xandra does like to put us in shock, but I don't think she'd be able to kill off any of her narrators... Well, maybe I shouldn't assume that. Other than that, I'm afraid Erus might be minor enough to be offed without a ceremony. (damn, I'm thinking too hard on this... just guessing makes me want to cry.) The only thing I can say I'm sure will happen is the shock ending. Xandra's going to pull something, it's obvious enough. And of course she's going to leave us in the dark until the last minute. I just hope chapter 35 doesn't bring us *too* close to the ending. No matter who dies, for me the saddest part will be knowing that the story is over. Hmm... unless we can kidnap her and force her to write a sequel... *begins plotting* ~Chippie |

replied on: 6/20/2005 3:23:16 AM Yeah, I was thinking about that earlier...it wouldn't make much sense for her to off any of the narrators, since they're obviously alive long enough to tell the story to us. So that leaves Dames, Vin, and the sensei, along with minor characters. *sighs* The suspense is killing me. But at least all our frantic worrying is motivating her to work on the chapter! ^^;; And I definitely agree--the worst part will be when it's all over. That's gonna be hard...

It takes four Horsemen to bring the Apocolypse; with Vincente gone, he'd be one short...wouldn't he? There's probably something stupid I'm misinterpreting. Also, forgive my spelling....excessive Harry Potter reading has made me braindead. XD |
