treasury vs alch

I unfortunately didn't save my math, but when I worked this with a human explorer who had treasuries, it worked out that he would was making an extra 7 plat per hour with his current build using alchs instead of treasuries. At his rezone cost, it would have taken over 8 weeks to reach the break even point. I haven't done more math on the subject, but I suspect that it may work out that treasuries make more sense than alchs IF you have extra caverns. It looks like it doesn't pay to rezone caverns into alchs. The alchs are slightly better if you don't factor in rezoning. My personal opinion though would be to build more diamond mines instead of treasuries.
