Halfling spec vs. elite defense
replied on: 7/1/2003 6:46:54 PM I know this is an old debate, but would someone here give me some advice on defending with halflings? Right now I'm an attacker with around 3K land - most of my defense right now is from master thieves, although I do have a few thousand defenders as well. I was able to run high MTs before converting, but I find that they are really slowing me down right now. I've gotten some differing opinions on this so far, including all of the following: 1) Run all MT defense from this point on(originally my plan, now thinking of changing it) 2) Run 1:1 ratio of defenders to MTs (This sounds reasonable) 3) Run 2:1 ratio of defenders to MTs (I doubt it could work for me now) 4) Run enough MTs to maintain a spy ratio of 3 and fill the rest with defenders (works out to roughly 2:1 ratio of MTs to defenders) 5) Ratios are for noobs (probably true, but since I meet the requirement I don't mind using them so much, although I'm open to other suggestions) |
