The qualifier on Explorer's Intuition seems rather silly to me. You don't get your first advance until 750 built acres, which means you have at least 750 acres total, which means your draftee cost for exploring is already 7 draftees. Makes me wonder if Ross is thinking of doing something that would make it cheaper to explore in the future?
