I'm trying to find somewhere that saved the changes for rounds 15 and 16, since I know it was in one of those rounds that this changed. Looking at some of the old posts at the EzBoards site, I think every unit that had a variable strangth got a fixed networth. Although you could be right about adepts because when I did my testing, they had a NW value as if I had no WG's (which I didn't). I'm going to investigate some more...
