The WE networth adhere's to the normal formula too, if you use 33.333333% forest for your calcs. My theory (that I still haven't tested) is that Ross did one of two things. He either used 33.33333% for all of them (except juggas of course) or he used one third their max modifier (ie, 33.333% for WE but maybe only 26.66666% for Sylvan since they have the 80% cap).
