    I just did a 60 hour sim to see what I could do. I slightly adapted my wave 6 Human strat and went from there. I used 20% smithies, but I had problems with draftees so you might want to scrap 5-10% into homes and 5-10% into alchs. It might just make the strat better. I'm not really sure, but increasing the homes percentage to 20-25% would let you get *some* mystics as well and alleviate the draftee shortage.
