replied on: 3/1/2003 12:09:01 PM I'm playing Sea Dogs and a little Phantasy Star I after being reminded of the game on Forta-Kons Forums. I was looking forward to MOO III, but it's not getting the reviews I had hoped for. From what I'm hearing there's around a 40 hour learning curve. What the Fuck were the developers thinking?!?!?!! And NO tutorial/shitty manual to boot. Now I'll wait for GalCiv and Sea Dogs II. |

replied on: 3/2/2003 12:17:03 PM Apparently it really does take like 40 hours to learn the mechanics of the game. The sad part is it's not fun. So, why spend 40 hours doing something not fun when there's always work? GalCiv was the underdog to MOO III and now it looks like it will make out like a bandit because of this. Some of the MOO nay-sayers are posting on the GalCiv forum because many negative comments are disappearing from the other forums. |
