While sitting in the Witton Lane stand (I refuse to call it the 'Doug Ellis stand' on principle)in a gale watching Villa 'play' like tossers against Blackburn, a Villa fan, in an effort to both irritate the nearby Rovers supporters, and to entertain the pissed-off Villa crowd, got on to the parapet that separates the pitch from the seats, and started to breakdance. He was bodypopping, he was doing the caterpillar, and when the stewards tried to stop him, he did a deft swerve and did a little shimmy that left the crowd cheering for more.
If only the team were as entertaining. I took my daughter to that match, and she hadn't even been naughty.
