Power Details: This power works much like how two magnets attract one another, except it is not limited to just metal. Cyrus's body exudes an ever-changing magnetic aura that attracts different elements depending on the affinity of the aura at that particular time. When the power is active, it is random as to which element is attracted to him, as Cyrus has no idea what he will attract either, yet it effects anything in a field of a 10 foot radius around him. The pull is strong, with about a force of 50 lbs or so, and constant.
Having just been newly 'awakened' to his power, Cyrus has hardly any control, if any at all, of it. The gift will turn 'on' at any moment in time and lasts a variable amount of time. The power shuts itself off, as he does not have the ability to do so, try as he might, or will end in the instance Cyrus falls unconscious. Perhaps with extensive training the boy will be able to control the elements he magnetizes.

Psychological Profile: It seems as if the Universe always takes a liking to those less fortunate in the world, granting them gifts to help cope with whatever disability they might have. In Cyrus's case, his disability is more of a psychological kind in that he is extremely paranoid and fearful...about everything. Aside from sometimes ram****to himself and random weirdness, he is otherwise just a normal kid.

Description: Small and unassuming, Cyrus can easily be pointed out from a crowd by his scraggly blonde hair, the flashy tye-dye shirts he wears, and a constant nervous twitch.

Biography: Born in South Dakota. Raised by hippie parents. Sent to the Academy. 'Nuff said.

X-tra Fact: Cyrus hates his first name, and so likes to be called by his last name - Higgins or the ever popular 'Higgy'.
