okay, I just finished the exterior and sent it to Mike. it's west-southwest of Gnisis, but for some odd reason it's not showing up on the world map. to get there, just take a siltstrider to Gnisis and then head a bit west. there you will find an Argonian standing under an overhang that will transport you to the island.
