13/2/04 ROSE BYRNE RUMOURS

S-V contacted Rose Byrne's agents to get a response to the recent rumours linking her to he part of Lois Lane. The Willliam Morris Agency confirmed these rumours are just speculation and no approach has been made.

'Not true and as far as I know there have been no auditions for the part.' They added it's the first time they've heard of this rumor and that WMA are currently seeking new parts for Rose. You'll next see her alongside Brad Pitt in Troy (May) and then Wicker Park with Josh Hartnett (September).



11/2/04 ROSE BYRNE WB's CHOICE FOR LOIS?

Moviehole are reporting that Australian actress Rose Byrne is the studios choice for the role of Lois Lane after impressing in Wolfgang Petersesn's WB produced Troy. Extra weight is added to this story by the fact that she has starred opposite Man of Steel lead contender Henry Cavill in I Capture the Castle and the fact that Superman could be heading for Fox Studios in Sydney.
